Start with a private match
Host creates the room
Choose Private Match in the lobby. Wait until the connection status says Waiting for Player, then share the five-character room code.
Friend joins the blue corner
Choose Join Match and enter the code. The host is red; the guest is blue. Choose your boxer and stance before the bout.
Both players get ready
Wait for the player connection, then confirm readiness. Keep the host’s browser open throughout the fight.
Run it back
Use Rematch after the result. Returning to the lobby or refreshing the host closes the current room.
Send an invitation
Challenge a Friend opens a room and creates a shareable link or QR code. Send it to your rival while keeping your game open. Both players must be online together.
Private room links need no account. Optional leaderboard fights use a public identity and a private invitation, with results credited only when both players submit matching reports.
Take a seat as a spectator
Choose Watch Match and enter the host’s room code. Watchers see the same fight through an independent camera; they do not control a boxer or player readiness. Up to eight spectators are supported when the player slot is occupied.
On desktop, orbit and zoom your view. In mixed reality, choose your own arena placement. A spectator adjusting their view does not pause the players’ bout.
Headset and screen, together
The same game runs across compatible headset, desktop and mobile browsers. Players do not need the same camera angle, arena size or physical space. Phone users play on-screen; Quest users can opt into mixed reality when supported.
Before a group session, check the device guide and try a private connection. Browser and network support can vary.
Connection checklist
- Refresh all devices after a game update, then create a new room.
- Wait for the host’s connection status before sharing a code.
- Use Join Match for a player; use Watch Match when both corners are occupied.
- Keep the host tab active and connected.
- If signalling succeeds but the player never connects, try another network. Restrictive firewalls can block the direct connection.
